The Iranian Intelligence Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that a terrorist team that was supported and guided by the spy services of adversary countries was identified and demolished.
The statement said that the terrorist team was going to carry out acts of sabotage inside the country but was targeted before they could carry out their mission.
The ministry added that the chieftain of the team was killed while its key members were arrested by the intelligence forces.
